On the 23rd of March 2024 Poznan Science and Technology Park held a first atTRACTION webinar ” Is it worth to become an Business Angel?” with Sterling Angels network. The speakers: Marek Dworak and Krzysztof Polak, the leading Angels from the network provided key insights into the world of angel investing, focusing on the importance of collaboration and networking for maximizing investment success. They discussed the value of building a strong investor community, leveraging cross-border networks, and emphasized the role of syndication in mitigating risks. Their message highlighted the necessity of combining capital with expertise, and how angel investors can play a pivotal role in fostering innovation through their support and mentorship, ultimately driving sustainable growth in the startups they invest in.
The webinar held in Polish was attended by over 20 of individuals both experienced professionals considering investing as well as startup funders who were curious investors’ perspective.
