The “First Customer & Team Matchmaking Accelerator” is a transformative program designed to help early-stage startups take their first significant steps into the market. Over six weeks, participants will receive hands-on guidance to identify and secure their first customers, refine their business models, and assemble the right team to scale their ventures. This initiative is a part of atTRACTION program, funded by the European Commission.

Program Structure

The accelerator runs from October 16th to November 27th, 2024, and is structured to provide a blend of theory, practical application, and personalized mentoring. Here’s what participants can expect:

  • Weekly Sessions: The program is divided into five consecutive Wednesday sessions, each lasting three hours from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The first 90 minutes will be dedicated to expert-led lectures on critical business topics, followed by 90 minutes of individualized mentoring.
  • Boot Camp: The program culminates in a two-day boot camp in Poznan on November 26-27th. This intensive session will bring together all the lessons learned, providing participants with the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a collaborative and focused environment.
