The aim of the programme was to assist Startups to get a first customer and get a viable network. The idea behind the programme is that that customer validation is the first step towards building a growing business, and furthermore get investors.
The First Customer Programme ran five Wednesdays in a row from 09.00 to 12.00. Each session consisted of 90 minutes of lectures and 90 minutes of individual mentor. The program ended with a 2-day boot camp in Poznań on the 26-27th of November.
13 teams applied for the programme and started attending online sessions.
This programme was designed for early stage startups, who already mastered at pitching their startup, but struggle with sales. During the programme, participants:
