The atTraction training session “Building a Successful Team and Developing a Refined Value Proposition” was held the 5th of July, 2024, within the framework of “Talent Land” in Málaga. The event saw participation ofeight startups and two entrepreneurs. In addition a networking meeting was organized, which helped engage participants and provide a platform for the atTRACTION project. The session was a giid example of collaboration with local ecosystem actors, who appreciate thei value in connecting Andalusian startups with the European innovation community. The ecosystem in Andalusia is collaborative, with frequent interactions between local accelerators, incubators, and other support organizations. Stakeholders have highlighted the potential for synergies between local programs and the atTRACTION project, particularly in terms of best practice exchange.
