Poznań, 17 June 2025

On Tuesday, 17 June 2025, the second atTRACTION DemoDay was held in Poznań as part of the atTRACTION project (Connecting Deep-Tech Innovation Ecosystems). The hybrid event, entitled “Technology – Capital – Collaboration”, brought together 12 carefully selected startups and scaleups, as well as national and international investors and jury members.

The event featured two pitching sessions, addressing different investor audiences.

International pitching session (English)

Six companies presented advanced deep-tech solutions and global market strategies to an international audience of investors:

• REAKTO – comprehensive drone-based monitoring services with cross-sector application potential (Series A, €5M)
• Aiseemo – AI-powered video analytics for automated visual monitoring (Seed, €1M)
• GrowerAdviser – AI-driven greenhouse control using computer vision (Pre-Seed, €0.5M)
• BioDiary Labs – plant-based structured fats that replace animal fats in taste, texture and functionality, offering healthier and sustainable solutions for the food industry (Seed, €2M; €1M confirmed)
• EFM S.A. – a patented telemedical device enabling differentiation between COPD and chronic heart failure (Seed, €2.5M)
• Pikralida – first-in-class therapies addressing unmet medical needs, including dual-use applications (Series B, €3.5M; €2.5M confirmed)

National pitching session (Polish)

Six companies pitched technology solutions with financial plans and exit strategies addressed to Polish investors:

• RapidLab – integrated electronics design and hardware prototyping services (TRL 6, Seed €300k)
• Chitomed – clinically used biomaterials for bone and soft-tissue regeneration in orthopaedics, dentistry and dermocosmetics (TRL 9, Seed €1M)
• MiCo Scientific – personalised nutraceuticals for oncology patients with high bioavailability and proven effectiveness (TRL 8, Seed €1M)
• Polmedi (iWound) – a digital platform supporting wound treatment and post-operative rehabilitation (TRL 9, Seed €2M)
• PhantomSight – real-time spatial analytics for event organisers and facility managers to improve safety and space utilisation (TRL 6, Pre-Seed €250k)
• WATI – energy storage systems combining Polish engineering with top global components (TRL 9, Series A €2M)

Each team had 8 minutes to pitch, followed by a Q&A session with investors and jury members. Informal discussions continued during networking breaks, allowing founders to receive valuable feedback and establish new contacts.

The event concluded with an interactive tour of the Poznań Science and Technology Park (PPNT), showcasing its research infrastructure, services, and data centre.

Jury distinctions

Among many strong presentations, the jury distinguished the following companies:
WATI, Chitomed, MiCo Scientific, EFM, Pikralida, and GrowerAdviser.

The atTRACTION DemoDay once again demonstrated the strong potential of deep-tech startups from less-connected regions and the importance of cross-border investor engagement in supporting their growth.
